• If you're ordering internationally, there may be customs delays. But don't panic: this is not unusual. Our trusted Customer Support Team monitors your artwork's progress until it reaches its destination safely.

At Vedant Vincy Art Studio, we want to make buying art easy and affordable for everyone. That's why we have a Shipping Policy that is fair to collectors and artists. Collectors are responsible for the cost of shipping, and artists are only responsible for the cost of packaging & their artworks.

Packaging Your Artwork For Shipping

When we sell you art through our marketplace, we can rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. In addition, to protect ourselves and the buyer, we provide that all art is packaged according to our guidelines.
Our shipping policy is only honored if the artwork is properly packaged, so it's in your best interest to follow our guidelines closely.
Shipping damage is always a concern when sending some delicate art, but there are some measures we take to minimize the risk. Using sturdy packaging materials and cushioning the artwork properly will help ensure that it arrives in one piece.
We also include a note with contact information in case the buyer needs to contact us about any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
